  I was travelling to London on the 6th May and used the luggage storage here, and the customer service was genuinely amazing. The staff member at reception was so kind and understanding with me regarding my bags. I originally left my luggage there around 11am, but ended up coming back multiple times throughout the day to take things in and out of the bag and store it again. He was patient and helpful every single time, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance or inconvenience even though I kept going back and forth. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was, it made the whole day a lot less stressful. Thank you again for the excellent service.

  I love to use Premiere Inn bars during my stays and I double use the public bar for meetup socials. This place has breakfast area but the bar/restaurant is not open outside of breakfast.

  No complaints at all about the Premier Inn itself but be warned that if you are visiting soon (late April 2026), there is currently a building site next to the hotel and during my visit they were pile driving until 9.30pm. It was very noisy and my bed on the 3rd floor was shaking. Work started again at 7am.

  Room was spotless. Staff were polite and friendly. Attentive to needs. breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly, cooking additional black pudding for my 11 yo when asked. Nothing too much trouble. Location was great, literally next to a Nando's, Bill's and other restaurants. 5 min walk to Borough Market. 5 min walk from The Globe, 15 mins walk to Tate Modern and a stones throw away to the Thames.
